DESYGN es un estudio de arquitectura que nació en agosto de 2011 por Carolina Ponce Suárez. Arquitecto y Gerente de Proyectos certificado PMP® enfocado en la dirección de proyectos y trabaja con amplia experiencia en la gestión de obras importantes (Repsol) y la coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios que forman parte de cada proyecto. Además, ha desarrollado trabajos en múltiples sectores como la construcción (nueva construcción, rehabilitación, reforma y venta), ingeniería civil y construcción.
DESYGN has a team of highly qualified professionals with great flexibility, ability to adapt to new jobs and high geographic availability.
DESYGN born with a clear idea, look for projects suitable to our technical skills, overcome new challenges and develop new learning through our customers. We develop projects from the start phase to its delivery to the client.
For this we cover all these services:
- We perform functions as project architects, project managers and health and safety coordinators.
- We manage directly with the client and the rest of the stakeholders involved in the project.
- We manage licenses and other administrative processes.
- We manage quality control and control over the scope of the contracted product.
